Registration and cancellation conditions

Registration rules

• Registrations are taken in the order of registration

• Registrations are only considered complete after payment of registration fees.

• No partial payments are accepted

Cancellation and refund conditions

• Cancellation made 15 days or more before the start of the course: full refund

• Cancellation made between 15 days and 1 week before the start of the course: 50% of the registration fees are refunded (or invoiced)

• Cancellation made less than one week before the start of the course: no refund

• Administrative fees may be applied to any cancellation
